COVID19 - Morzine Ski Chalets

 

Morzine Ski Chalets - Amendments, Precautions and Policies around Covid19
(until 1st September 2020)

We are following government advice and guidance to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. This is a continually evolving process and as such we will continue to adapt accordingly with the strict guidelines.

All bookings for Winter 2020/2021 - A deposit payment is required to confirm the booking, this is fully refundable up until the 1st September 2020. This date will be reviewed nearer the time, dependant on government advice. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if travel restrictions, due to Covid19 prevent you from accessing Morzine your booking can be moved to Winter 21/22 (subject to availability). Balance payments will be due 8 weeks prior to travel and once these are received, they are non-refundable.

Summer 2020 Bookings - For clients who have already made a booking for this summer you have the option to move your booking to later in the summer or to dates similar next summer, in 2021. There will be no charges implemented and the deposit will move with the booking.

For NEW Summer 2020 Bookings these can be made without paying a deposit. The full balance payment is due 2 weeks prior to travel, and this will be non-refundable.

We have always maintained a high standard of cleanliness and in addition to these standards we have implimented a stricted cleaning proceedure and the following precautions are in place for all our properties:

-        Cleaning between clients will require significate time - On arrival day check in will be after 6pm and on departure day check out must be by 9am.

-        In all properties we will be disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.)

-        All properties will have hand sanitiser available

-        All properties will be provided with disinfectant and cleaning cloths for the clients use.

-        All our linen is washed professionally at a laundry at high temperatures.

-        All our cleaning staff will be equipped with gloves and masks to use whilst cleaning.

If you are staying in one of our self catered properties, where possible we will perform your check in outside the property. You will access your property with a key box and we can talk you through your apartment. We are always available to answer any questions at any time during your stay and if you need us in person for anything, we can do this, however, this will be at social distance with mask protection.
