MSC currently lets and manages 11 properties based in Morzine, Summer and Winter. The company was set up in 2007 by Stuart Knox, formaly Managing Director of McNeill Menary Travel, one of Northern Ireland's highest grossing travel agents. Stuart has been a passionate skier for over 40 years and being familiar with the ski market, he set up Ski McNeill which rapidly became the largest ski travel provider in Ireland. On retirement Stuart realised his dream of owning a ski chalet and then grew Morzine Ski Chalets.Morzine Ski Chalets is managed day to day by Gemma Shields, Joanna Ball and Nicky Fletcher. Joanna and Nicky have both been based in Morzine for over 10 years.
The team captain! Gemma has been skiing since she could stand
and has over 20 years experience of the Morzine and Portes de
Soleil area. Gemma is deeply passionate about the region and loves
both the winter and summer seasons. She can suss out a new
restaurant before it even opens and is a tartiflette connoisseur
regardless of snow or sun.
Gemma is very proud of the MSC brand and amazing team. She loves
the dramatic season changes and is looking forward to another great
winter, welcoming return guests and meeting new.
Joanna is our dedicated Operations Manager for Morzine Ski
Chalets and for over 12 years, she has poured her heart into the
MSC brand. From handling booking enquiries to overseeing property
management, she ensures everything runs smoothly. Having called the
area home for 15 years, Joanna is always eager to share her
extensive local knowledge. Her two energetic boys, aged 7 and 9,
now outpace her on bikes, skis, and snowboards, keeping her on her
toes.
She's excited for another incredible winter season, welcoming both
a fresh team and familiar faces, along with many new guests. Bring
on the snow!

Nicky. She's your go-to in resort. Need ski passes delivered to
your property on arrival? Want to know where the best restaurants
are in town? Advice on where to ski and what to do? With over 10
years of living in the Morzine area, Nicky is your
woman!
You can usually find Nicky enjoying our beautiful mountains
hiking and snowboarding with her four legged side kick,
Jasper.

We have Resort Assistant positions available for Winter 2025/26
Main duties include but not limited to:
- Assisting with cleaning/changeovers at our x11 self catered properties in Morzine.
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, hoovering, mopping floors, window cleaning, polishing, making beds.
- Servicing and maintaining chemicals of our x4 hot tubs at our larger chalets - full training provided.
- Checking guests in at our properties - meet and greets.
- Snow clearing of property driveways and communal areas.
- Guest liaison: Maintain professional, friendly interaction with guests when required
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Works quickly and effectively without compromising quality
- Physically able to handle the demands of chalet cleaning
- Dependable, punctual and trustworthy
- Enjoys working as part of a team and brings a positive attitude
- Genuine enthusiasm for mountain life and Winter sports
- Holds an EU passport or valid working visa (French CDS)
