Let our talented & experienced Chef  take you on a culinary journey to a land of gastronomic pleasures, discovering new skills on the way and preparing dishes you would not have dreamt of before taking this Alpine Cookery Course. 

Our course's last 3 days and can be tailored to request.  The standard format is 4 hour's hands-on tuition per day from our chef, who although serious about their cooking enjoys a bit of banter in their classes!

Day 1 Back to the basics! Well, the basics of French Cookery! Learn the tricks of the trade, such as stocks and sauces, which form the backbone of French Cookery. You can also eat what you create at the end of the day, so you had better be hungry!

Day 2 The art of the Canapé. These beautiful and delicate nibbles are the perfect way to start any dinner party. Your new knowledge will give you new ideas and a creative edge, which is sure to amaze guests and leave them wanting more!

Day 3 The main event. This is the advanced cuisine section, learning to cook French Classics using French Cooking Techniques. You may feel the urge to cook these over and over again – we will not stop you!

Please note that ypu can substitute one of the days for local food sourcing and Wine and Cheese Tasting, should that whet your appetite more!

The course costs £349 and can take a maximum of 8 people (minimum of 4) which includes 3 nights accommodation (Thursday to Sunday) in one of our luxurious Chalets, Chalet Sosa and Chalet Narnia, complete with outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of concentration! 

However why not enjoy the natural beauty of Morzine and the Portes du Soleil area further by making your holiday longer?  A relaxing 7 nights is available for £549, allowing you to explore the French Alps before you start exploring the roots of French Cookery!
